Load carriers made of EPP

A very special kind of load carrier that has lots of requirements: It needs to be stackable, weather-resistant for outdoor storage, suitable for use with robots in the packaging process and be durable and reusable for at least 7 years. Flatz developed a solution using EPP with an additional, special feature: color marking of the EPP beads created a label on the load carriers which indicates from a long way off – by simply turning over the packaging – whether or not the unit has anything inside it.
