How can you fit even more accessories for a fully automatic coffee machine in outer packaging without changing the format of the box? Sounds tricky, but for Flatz this was easy because ultimately we manufacture not just particle foam, but also light, stable molded fiber. We used this to replace the previous EPS parts in the packaging and by doing so not only gained more space, but also achieved a higher level of safety for handling and transport. It’s good when you can do more.
